Once your order ships, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email and tracking number, so you can follow your package as it makes its way to you. However, tracking information can take up to 48 hours to update, so don’t worry if it doesn't show up immediately. We recommend tracking your order and ensuring that you’re home on the day of delivery to receive your order.
Any items not received within 2 weeks qualify for our full refund!
All shipments are insured so you don't need worry about it. When we will receive confirmation from carrier that shipment is lost, we will make refund or send available replacement as you wish.
All orders are subject to product availability. If an item in your order is unavailable, we will ship you the part of your order that is available. When that item becomes available, we will ship you the rest of your order.
